WHO ARE THESE GUYS?

Nate and Tara, longtime friends and Worship Pastors at Seacoast Church in Charleston, SC, have served together in ministry for over 20 years. In 2023, they formed THE WORSHIP DEPT™ in order to share their leadership experiences with worship ministries across America.

WHAT WE OFFER

For the past 23 years, Nate has led worship, pastored, written songs, and built worship teams with Seacoast Church in Charleston, SC. In addition to creating and building THE WORSHIP DEPT™, Nate has worked in different soul care spaces to combat burnout and isolation in pastors and Christian leaders. Nate and his wife Carrie have been married for 20 years, and together they are raising their four amazing kids.

Tara has been serving in worship and has been planted at Seacoast Church in Charleston, South Carolina, for 34 years. During that time, she has built and led teams of all sizes. Currently, she serves at Seacoast as Central Worship Pastor of the Lowcountry, and previously served as Executive Worship Pastor for over a decade, overseeing Seacoast’s 13 campuses at the time. She is also the author of Waiting on Wonders, 40-Days of Wonder Devotional, Finding Everyday Fruit, and The Launch. Tara has taught worship practicum classes at the collegiate level and is an event and conference speaker. She is married to her college sweetheart, Greg, and they have two sons, Ethan and Brody, and a daughter-in-love, Lydia.
