Access to Office Hours. Between sessions, help for real-time problem-solving as needed.
Full ministry assessment. During the first 60 days, focusing on team dynamics, systems, and leadership gaps.
Personalized leadership development. Individually tailored to the worship pastor’s specific context.
Accountability and implementation support. We keep the train on the tracks.
Every engagement lasts 3, 6, or 12 months.

3-month engagements typically focus on a single acute problem: a transition, a culture reset, or a systems build.
6- and 12-month engagements go deeper: developing the leader, strengthening the department,
and building something that lasts.
