Nate and Tara from THE WORSHIP DEPT.™ meet with you in a vibrant group coaching environment to help you learn how to create your process for onboarding and developing the members of your worship team.

What to Expect:

  • Four, 1-hour group coaching sessions where Nate and Tara help you learn how to develop your onboarding and development process.

  • Interactive discussion around recruitment, auditioning, how to grow your team and develop them into long-term members of your ministry.

  • You will walk away with actionable steps each week which will help you have a solid foundation on which to build your onboarding and development process.

Meetings are weekly by Zoom on Thursday from 12:00 - 1:00pm (EST) starting May 7, 2026. Feel free to bring your lunch!
